Pumps

If the pool pump stops working, we will diagnose the problem and change out the start capacitor first. If this measure is unsuccessful, the motor with all of its seals and O-rings will be replaced. For pumps over 12-years-old, we will replace the entire pump with the same brand and model. If the existing model is no longer available, the next closest model of the same brand will be substituted in its place. Customer may pay to have the pump upgraded. We will allow for a one-time per year leak check at the plumbing connected to the pump due to dry running. We will not cover the pump seal, impeller seal plate or pump housing from damage caused by a pump running dry and melting them. Loud pumps are not covered.

Filter

Leaking at the multi-port, filter tank, tank bulkhead, tank drain plug usually causes this equipment to fail. We will replace the part/s involved in the leak. If the tank is cracked, we will replace the filter tank completely (not including the multi-port) with the same brand and model. If the same model is no longer available, the next closest model of the same brand will be substituted in its place. Customer may pay to have the filter upgraded at this time. Internal filter parts such as the filter, D.E. Grids, manifold, internal air bleeder and the spider gasket in the multi-port are wearable parts and are not covered by this warranty.

Heater

When a heater stops working, we will diagnose the problem and change out the part/s that have stopped working. If the heater is no longer repairable, a new heater may be selected by the customer. This contract will max out at $2000.00 annually. Damage caused by power surges is not covered by this warranty. We recommend having a surge protector installed if one is not already.
